Newsletters & Community Magazines

Newsletters and small magazines are one of the least expensive, yet most effective, public relations tools that exist for drawing attention to a business, club, society, church or website.

By sending out a quality newsletter on a regular basis, you can keep clients, potential clients, members, the media, and other important sources updated about your activities.

The frequency of contact builds familiarity, and familiarity inspires people to join you. The effort of creating a newsletter itself shows your commitment to customers, members or visitors.

The content of a newsletter must include information which your target audience requires and expects and it must focus on this. We can produce for you a professional and attractive newsletter, from a single page, to a small magazine - in black and white or colour. We can also arrange for printing if necessary.

We can also produce small community magazines:

FOCUS is a 20-page, black and white production (to keep costs down as much as possible), but it has a coloured paper cover, different for each issue. We do everything from collating information, graphics and photographs, layout, editing, printing and despatch to 31 branches throughout New Zealand, three times a year.
